sigh

Will did not make tech.Im very sad for him today.It irks me off because i cant stand how the air force thinks it is fair to say a man cannot be promoted because of a test.A test does NOT show you how well you do your job.There are people that are excellent at their job and do not test well.He studied so hard.I do think it is wrong through to say a man can pass a test and sew a stripe on.I think they should do it on how they do their job.When push comes to shove if a man knows how to do his job well hes going to do it well.
